Our theme this month is: WHO DOESN’T LOVE LOVE? If I’ve learned anything after years of shopping at Costco, it is that you can have too much of a good thing: you can have too much mayonnaise, too much facewash, and waaaaaay too much Diet Coke just waiting in the fridge to be consumed at will. But one thing there can never be enough of is LOVE. You can always use more love, feel more love, and give more love. So in this month where love is in the air, let’s focus on the thing we all love to love, and we can never love too much: love itself.

After learning a bit about our this month’s theme, we will spend the remainder of our time at three separate Service Stations. At the first station, we will create some sweet love-themed votive candles for families served by Family Promise Arizona. Next, we will make an adorable love-themed treat with gummy bugs and snakes for kids in need. And finally, we will make some highly adorable heart magnets to be donated to a local long term care facility.

We charge a nominal materials fee per participant. Thus, the supplies for each of these activities will be provided as part of the cost of participation. Detailed instructions for each project will be provided as well. The fee will secure your spot in our program. If, for any reason, you must cancel your registration, please do so at least 10 days before the event in order to secure a full refund. Otherwise, your materials fee will be forfeited.

Our events are geared to kids of all ages, and we have had kids ranging in age from 1 to 18 at our events. So all are welcome! Parents or guardians are asked to stay with their children through the length of the program to assist the children in completing the tasks at each station.
